Privacy Policy
A Sweet Life is very committed to protecting the privacy of you, our customer.
In support of that goal we do not sell, trade, or share customer information to
any third party, nor do we ever plan to do so. A Sweet Life does collect customer
information solely for our internal use. We do so in order to provide you the best
customer experience and great service.
A Sweet Life is not responsible for the privacy policies or practices of the
websites from which you access our site, sites we link to, or of any sites that are
linked to our site.
Shipping
All orders are shipped within 48 hours from the time your order is placed.
Our standard method of shipment is via FedEx. In certain situations, and at
our discretion, we will ship via the United States Postal Service. Please note
that FedEx Ground service takes anywhere from 1 to 5 business days to arrive
depending upon the destination. FedEx does NOT pick up or deliver on Saturday or
Sunday. FedEx does not deliver to residential addresses on Mondays. A Sweet Life
cannot be responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a customer provides us
with an incorrect shipping address, A Sweet Life reserves the right to charge the
customer's credit card for any additional shipping charges incurred as a result of
such error. Sales tax of 7.75% will be added to all orders with a billing address in California.

Product Descriptions
A Sweet Life attempts to be as accurate as possible in our product descriptions.
However, A Sweet Life does not warrant that product descriptions are complete,
current or error-free. If a product offered by A Sweet Life is not as described,
your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. See our Return Policy.
Return Policy
A Sweet Life wants you to be happy and satisfied with your purchase. Most
items can be returned within 21 days of your order date. We will accept returns
of new unused items in original packaging with all documentation, parts, accessories
and tags attached. Items not meeting this criteria will be subject to a 25% restocking
fee. You will be responsible for shipping costs (each way) on unwanted items. A Return
Authorization Number (RAN) is required and can be obtained by email at service@A-Sweet-Life.com
to allow us to keep track of your return. Please carefully package the return items and we
advise insuring your return. Include a copy of the invoice along with your name, address,
phone number and email. A full refund of the purchase price, less any coupons used, shipping
charges, shipping surcharges, and gift wrapping fees, if applicable. A $2.50 re-stocking fee
may apply. Love'd Baby Nursing Shawls or Bottle Trees, Little Twig products, blankets and
additional products cannot be returned or resold for hygienic reasons and are therefore non-refundable.
Products returned without an RAN are subject to a 25% restocking fee, due to additional processing
costs caused by unexpected returns.
For any items damaged in shipping after leaving our warehouse, we will ship a replacement
(if in stock) promptly. If a damaged item is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss
an alternative. Please be sure to inspect your product within 7 business days of the delivery
date to report any damage, if you do not plan on using it immediately. We will not be able to
replace damaged merchandise if we are not notified within 7 business days of the delivery date.
We inspect all items before they are shipped for manufacturer's defects. Products that have
experienced normal wear and tear, incorrect washing/drying practices, etc, which result in damage
to the product(s) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Please allow a minimum of 10 business days for receipt of your returned item(s) and the
appropriate credit application. Please note that it may take up to an additional 7 business
days for the credit to reflect on your account.
